These Terms have been drafted to comply with the conditions of that licence and applicable principles of international online gaming regulation. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one active account on the zs99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection, all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, all pending bonuses will be cancelled, and any balances derived from bonus funds will be forfeited. zs99 may, at its discretion, also forfeit real-money deposits in such circumstances where evidence of deliberate multi-accounting is established.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to keep your account information current at all times. Registration information includes, but is not limited to: full legal name as appears on your CNIC, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Providing false information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
zs99 is required to carry out identity verification (KYC) on all accounts as a condition of its international gaming licence. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a clear photograph of your CNIC (front and back), a selfie photograph, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal may be processed. zs99 may request updated documentation at any time in accordance with its ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request by zs99 may result in account restriction or closure.
Pakistani Players Note: Your CNIC number is your unique identifier on the zs99 Platform. Only one active account may be registered against each CNIC number. If you have concerns about your registration status, contact zs99 support via live chat.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your zs99 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including using a strong unique password not shared with any other online service and enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication via your registered Pakistani mobile number.
You must notify zs99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. zs99 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. zs99 is entitled to treat all activity conducted through your account credentials as authorised by You unless You have given prior written notice to zs99 that your credentials have been compromised.
Your zs99 account is personal to You and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. Any betting activity conducted on your account by a third party — whether with or without your knowledge or consent — is your sole responsibility. zs99 reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably suspects is being operated by more than one individual.
You may request closure of your zs99 account at any time by contacting the zs99 support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to You via your registered withdrawal method, subject to all outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied. Bonus balances are not withdrawable and will be cancelled upon account closure.
zs99 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, USDT TRC20 (Tether stablecoin on the TRON blockchain), SadaPay, and Raast. All deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except for USDT TRC20 deposits which are credited in their PKR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount at zs99 is PKR 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa methods. Deposits are credited to your zs99 account instantly upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. zs99 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the identity information on your verified zs99 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods. zs99 aims to process all withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts within 5–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within 30 minutes to 2 hours for bank transfer methods. Processing times may be extended during periods of peak demand, platform maintenance, or where additional verification is required. zs99 does not accept third-party payments and will reject any deposit made from a payment account not registered in the account holder's own name.
The zs99 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bet stakes, potential returns, and bonus amounts are displayed and settled in PKR. zs99 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs that may be applied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor.
If a zs99 account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a period of 12 consecutive months, the account may be classified as dormant. zs99 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy. You will be notified via your registered email or mobile number prior to any such fee being applied, and you will be given the opportunity to reactivate your account.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional awards offered by zs99 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your zs99 account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements are specified on each individual promotion page. The standard wagering requirement on matched deposit bonuses at zs99 is between 18× and 30× the bonus amount. Free spin winnings are typically subject to a 25× wagering requirement.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Bonus eligibility requirements may include: account verification status, deposit method used, minimum deposit amount, and whether the player has previously claimed the same or a similar bonus. zs99 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw a bonus from an account if eligibility conditions are found not to have been met at the time of claiming.
zs99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements (including but not limited to equal and opposite staking, arbitrage, and matched betting using zs99 bonuses); the use of bots or automated tools to place wagers; and collusion between players in bonus accumulation schemes. Where bonus abuse is detected, zs99 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account with immediate effect.
Important: You must opt in to bonus promotions before making your qualifying deposit. Retroactive bonus applications to deposits made without prior opt-in are not possible under any circumstances.
All casino games available at zs99 — including but not limited to slots, table games, and instant win titles — use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure during gameplay, zs99 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the account holders involved. Removal of a game does not entitle any player to compensation or reimbursement.
All sports bets, including cricket bets on PSL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series, and other events, are accepted at zs99's discretion. zs99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time and without providing a reason. In particular, zs99 may limit the maximum stake permitted on any event, market, or selection.
Sports bets will be settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the conclusion of the event or the specific market's settlement conditions. For cricket betting, the governing body results (ICC, PCB, or the relevant domestic board) are used for settlement purposes. Bets on markets that cannot be determined (for example, a match that is abandoned without a result) will be settled according to the specific market rules published in the zs99 sportsbook rules section.
In-play betting odds update continuously based on live match conditions. There may be brief periods during which bets cannot be accepted due to data latency, pricing model recalculation, or technical reasons. Bets accepted in error at clearly incorrect odds (palpable errors) will be voided and stakes returned to the account holder.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, resell, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the zs99 Platform without the prior written consent of zs99 or the relevant rights holder.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zs99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or any other commercial loss — arising from your use of or inability to use the zs99 Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if zs99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
zs99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your zs99 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge and accept that online casino gaming and sports betting involve inherent financial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you deposit at zs99. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
zs99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of zs99's international gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between You and zs99, You agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably by contacting the zs99 Customer Support team via live chat or email. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution process specified under the conditions of zs99's international gaming licence.
You agree that any dispute submitted in connection with these Terms will be conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against zs99.
